Her Heart...

She came up to me excited to tell me that she shared her skittles with her big sister and her sister's friend. Being the skeptical mother that I am when it comes to her older siblings asked her, "did your sister make you feel like you should give them too her?" "No," she said "I wanted to give them to her" and then I  said, "well that was nice but you didn't have to do that" (her older siblings like to take advantage of her nice giving heart sometimes) and then she melted my heart and ended the conversation by saying, "But my heart told me too!"

The Fix it man!

He cracks me up, ever since we put batteries in his tools that he got for Christmas he's been taking his "Tool Box" everywhere he goes in the house fixing things. The other day Hawaiian Princess came and told me that he made her laugh because he busted into her room with his "Tools" and said, "Lise, I've come to fix your room." He's too funny and cute!

Mema and her Grandbabies

This lovely lady came on the 8th of Dec. and left on the 24th. It was the best having her here! She helped out so much and we all enjoyed having her here. Thanks Mema for all that you did, since you've been gone my house looks like a bomb hit it, HELP!

Christmas Morning!

I just love all of these pictures of curiousness and delight at what they all got, it was a fun morning!

Hawaiian Princess showing Danny boy his present

The Hawaiian Princess excited about the present of her dreams!:) Dash excited about his gift.
You don't know how many comments I got from other men walking out of Costco with this huge thing!!

Traditional Christmas Eve PJ's

Hawaiian Princess got these really cute boot slippers for Christmas instead of PJ's

This is so true that I just had to get this for Dash, he's grumpy most school day mornings because it's too early for him.
These two boys where so excited about there Spiderman PJ's that they were running around being crazy, we could have ended the presents with that and they would have been super happy.
These girls just loved there's and they look so cute in them too!

God's gift to us

This precious little girl is our gift from Heaven, we just love her. She's soft, smells sweet,  and is very cuddly.  We are so grateful for her. She's so adorable!

What I made the kids this year..

I wanted something all encompassing for the girls for their Hair clips, Earrings, bracelets and necklaces

For my girls that don't have their ear pierced yet (we don't do that until they turn twelve) I decided to do a magnet board and then the metal piece can come off and then I can hot glue the mesh piece on for the earrings.
For the boys I did hooks so that they can hang their pictures, ties, belts, hats ect.
I was really pleased with how they came out and the kids just loved them!
I even had a couple of friends that said that they wanted me to put them in their craft fairs but I was just to pregnant to do that, maybe next year!

Our newest Traditions..

This turned out to actually be our favorite tradition. We call it our dinner in Bethlahem, we had a simple meal and dressed as if we were really there, and it turned out to be the best evening ever! The kids loved the simpleness of it and the food was different and they all ate it and enjoyed it and then while we were sitting and eating, each person chose someone to be in the bible and told why they wanted to be that person and it made it so much more meaningful and special. I had my doubts about this though I thought that the littler kids would be rowdy and irrerverent but to my surprise there were not, they all really got into it and loved the whole thing, it was amazing, we are for sure doing this again next year!
The next tradition is that we had Grandma Karen make us a white stocking and we put on a piece of paper what we wanted to give Jesus this year and we put them in the stocking and then reread them on Christmas morning and read the Christmas story out of the bible before we opened presents, and we kept the pieces of paper and next year we will bring them out again and read them and then write another present to give to Jesus, we enjoyed this new tradition too!

Baby Sissy's First Bath..

She didn't like it...She screamed the whole time. She hates to be naked and cold so after her bath she snuggled up in a ball and went to sleep because she was nice and warm, she's a true girl!

One Week old!

I can't believe how much she has changed in just one week! Her big brothers just love her to pieces, especially EB boy, he calls her "Currin baby sister" and if you forget any of that, than he quickly corrects you. She is such a good baby (that's all I am going to say about that because I don't want to Jinks it).  We just love her and I love all the PINK around.
