Ali & Christina - Love is Gonna Find You
These two cute girls are in our ward and they are living their dream of singing and sending a message through their music. They both have Cystic fibrosis, which is a serious disease of the lungs. They have been told all their life because of their disease that they could not sing and their mother teaches voice lessons and taught them how to sing and defied all odds. Our four oldest children are taking lessons from their mom, she is excellent and she sings beautifully her self. These girls started out on their road to fame two years ago by being in Americas Got Talent and made it all the way to the finals, which was very exciting. These girls are wonderfully spirited, you can feel it when you are around them that they have something extra special about them. Ali is so friendly she always wants to hold our baby sissy whenever she's in relief society with us she's the dark haired one and Christina, is so cute and friendly she's always waving when she sees us. These girls were meant to come at this time to bring to us a special message of hope and to never give up on your dreams.

Ward Valentine's dance
Sloane and I agreed that is was the funnest ward party we've ever been too, I think is was because of the group that was there, because I didn't think anyone would participate or dance and everyone was dancing their hearts out and it didn't end until after nine and it started at seven! It was a blast, everyone was supposed to dress up from your favorite era and of course ours was the eighties hence the big boom box that Hawaiian Princess made for her dad, didn't she do a great job? She also bedazzled his white glove that he had to make it Michael Jacksonish. She also braided my hair to make it poofy and waivy and I tried to do mall bangs but honestly I forgot how! I also had pink eye shadow and bright lip stick. It was the best night we danced all night long and of course Sloane's sweet dance moves were a hit!
My relief society pres. dressed in her era, she looks cute!
They had great food with a chocolate fountain on both ends of the table, one white and one milk chocolate, Yummy!
Sloane was the game show host, he did a fabulous job too! We played two games, one was were they put the white boards all across the stage and then they put the girls on one side and boys on the other behind the white boards so you could only see their legs and then you had to guess which boy legs belonged to the girl legs, then we played the newlywed game.
Oh man dancing was a riot these guys all know how to get down! The dj was awesome and did a great job of getting people out to dance, but their really wasn't any resistance.

Guthries came for a visit
I usually never get pictures of their visit because we are too busy having fun, but I couldn't resist these funny pictures of little Sissy malling the poor Guthries baby! She acted like she knew him in Heaven and she hadn't seen him...well forever! It was too funny, she didn't want to let him go, and when we pulled her back away from him she would get a scowel on her face and then tap her pointer finger on her lips like she wanted to kiss him, it was so funny. Jenny and I agreed that we haven't seen a baby do that before.
One of the many kisses she gave him, poor baby!
He's mine! As she is pulling him away from Shell.
I've never seen a baby be so possesive like that before!

This Dress
For Christmas, this beautiful girl kept begging me to get her a dress. I was really worried about this because she's PICKY! She kept saying that she trusted me and that made me even more worried to pick out a dress for her and she wanted some flats to go with it. I am good I have to say at getting the right sizes down, Usually, but to find "the" perfect dress that she will love the color, style, ect. well that's another story. So I prayed that I could find just the right dress for my precious girl since this was her hearts desire and it was a good desire. I had a $20 off oldnavy cash buck thing and so I was impressed to look there, I was skeptical because they are a hit and miss at finding cute things, but I went and asked if they had any dresses and she lead me to where they were and I fell in love immediately with this dress, it was sleeveless but I knew she could find something cute to go over it and she did. I also wanted cute flats to go with it and right directly underneath the dress was some flats to go with it, I thought to myself, "this was truly inspired!" and so I got the size that would fit her and the shoes to match and hoped and prayed that she would love the color and style of it, I also went to Downeast to get a little under shirt with lace at the top because the dress was a little too low. Christmas morning came and she was so excited at the dress and still is and she gets lots of compliments from "Boys" not so much from girls and I told her that's who you want to compliment you! She's too funny and I am proud of myself for finding such a great dress for her to go to dances ect. and we think she looks beautiful in it too!

*****
In October sometime I had another dream about another baby and had a strong impression that there was another one wanting to come to our family and actually now I am starting to feel honored that Heavenly Father would entrust so many special spirits to come to our home. When I was getting the ultrasound done today I felt the spirit and cryed a little, I guess it never gets old even if you have many children. I am twelve weeks along and due August 28th. Here's to another precious baby coming to our home! Just look at that profile on that baby peanut!

Birthday Boy!
He's the man with the many faces! Today is his birthday, he's...well he's getting old, Ha! No seriously he's the best husband and father. He takes the time to spend quality time with the kids and me. He's such a loving and concerned father, always concerned about how his children are doing, if they are safe, warm, fed, changed, ect. I've never seen such a concerned father such as he his with his children and I am so grateful! He makes sure my needs are met to by taking me out every weekend, we started doing this when the kids were young, at first it was really hard but then it got easier and easier. I am so grateful that he takes me to the temple at least twice a month and he even sacrifices and we eat at the temple too (he doesn't like cafeteria food). I am so grateful that he honors his priesthood and serves in the church %100. I am so grateful that he looks to god as his source of strength, his example strengthens me. I can't say more about this wonderful man of mine. I love you honey!

For the Record
I want to remember curtain things about my four youngest like the way Sissy holds her bottle, she's been holding it this way ever since she could hold her bottle.
Her favorite blanket and she hugs it every time she holds it.
This kitty is her favorite, she has to hug it too!
Danny boys favorite blanket, has to sleep with it every night
EB boys favorite blanket and has to sleep with it every night too!
His new favorite blanket, his first one was in shreads, literally!

The Painter is John McNaughton and his title to these are Wake up AMERICA!!
Side note: If you need sugar, congress is trying to regulate the amount you can buy, this could be an issue for canning, ect. So if you need some you'd better go stock up! I'm not sure how they will accomplish this since sugar is in EVERYTHING!!

She LOVES this dog!!
She cracks me up and scares me at the same time! She is so funny because she will find anyway to escape the TV room in order to go hang on the dog and yes she grabs her skin and hangs on her for dear life and it scares me because she could take a bad fall on the tile floor. Lucy is very patient with her and lets her do whatever to her, good dog! She just loves this dog, she squeals with delight when ever she sees this dog(she sees her everyday!) It's quite funny to watch! Lucy looks like the size of a horse compared to her!
