Chicken Bow tie pasta Recipe

I got this recipe from Copycat.com and I recently looked it up again and
they've removed it, probably because it's an exact replica of the Johnny Corino's Bowtie Festival recipe, Sooo Good!
This is a doubled recipe:
3 TBL. of Butter
2 tsp. chopped or minced garlic
1/4 cup purple onion
Half of the package of bacon (we like bacon)
2 roma tomatoes (we like tomatoes)
2 large chicken breasts thinly sliced
One pint of Heavy Whipping cream (yes it has to be heavy)
2 jars of Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup of Asiago Cheese
1/4 to a 1/2 of tsp. pepper (depends on how much pepper you like)
1tsp. of garlic salt (I like the lawry's with parsley)
Two boxes of the regular sized bowtie noodles

In a large skillet put the butter, garlic, garlic salt, pepper, onions, bacon, chicken, cook until onions and chicken are done. Add heavy cream and Asiago cheese and chopped tomatoes. Boil the sauce stirring constantly, don't let it burn. Once cream and cheese has thickened and reduced in size then add the alfredo sauce, mix well. You can toss with the noodles ( I don't, I keep my sauce and noodles seperate and just put the sauce on top of the noodles, I like it better that way. I make it with fresh steamed broccoli on the side with garlic bread, Yummy! My family is picky when it comes to chicken but they all love this and eat it all!!
**Note: You can Get the Asiago cheese in the deli section At Walmart in the middle where they have those specialty cheeses. I usually will great it fine with a fine greater and then put it in a freezer zip loc baggy and use it for the next time I make it!

Enjoy!!
