One month ago beginning of November
Now December 13th
I've made some progress. When I started I was running for a mile at 4.2 mph and now I am running at 5.0mph running for a mile and a half and then walking a half a mile total of 2 miles. I have been working on strengthening my muscles in between to help me run better and a friend of mine found this crunchless abs because I noticed crunches were not working for me I have never heard of it but I have what's called diastasis recti where the muscles in your abs seperate leaving a gully between the right and left side of your abs making them pooch out after dinner ect. so I have been doing the crunchless abs workout and I feel them working!
No I haven't been faithful on the eating part, I have had my share of my all time favorite Peppermint Bark Dove chocolates!! I figure I'm going to enjoy the holidays and then come january 1st I will get really serious!! I've even noticed that my posture is better since I've been running weird!
